Dr. Reggie R. Lewis
President/CEO

Dr. Lewis is the founder of Fusion Consulting Associates, LLC., an organizational development and education consulting firm. She currently holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a Specialization in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Lewis has over fifteen years of experience delivering quality consulting services to organizations and working with at-risk youth in local communities as an educator. Dr. Lewis currently serves as the Governing Board President for Life Skills Center of Broward and Opa-Locka; is a member of the American Society for Training and Development; and is a former member of Broward General Hospital’s Behavior Health Advisory Panel. Dr. Lewis is the proud recipient of Life Skills Center’s Ray of Hope Award and JM Lexus Enterprises’ Annual African-American Achievers Special Recognition Award.

Dr. Lewis is a Florida Supreme Court Mediator. She is the co-author of the City of Lauderhill’s Operation A Plan, an education initiative designed to increase adult literacy; which to-date has been awarded over $250k. For her ongoing work with families and key stakeholders to combat educational barriers, Dr. Lewis recently received a proclamation in her honor from the City of Lauderhill. .
