Dr. Reggie R. Lewis
President/CEO

Dr. Lewis is the founder of Fusion Consulting Associates, LLC., a training and organizational development consulting firm which offers customized training and workshops, coaching and motivational speaking services. She has a proven track record in workshop facilitation, mediation, motivational speaking, cultural diversity and cultural competency training, strategic planning, government relations, education advisory, event planning, grant writing, and research.

Dr. Lewis is dedicated to community involvement and is actively engaged in promoting literacy, mentorship, parent advisory, foster care initiatives, mental health awareness, immigration reform, youth leadership, women’s initiatives and an array of other grass root causes. She has assisted local government municipalities in promoting education reform and has written grants and resolutions for such initiatives.

Additionally, Dr. Lewis' experiences stem well-over a decade in the areas ranging from teaching primary to secondary age students to adult learners. In addition to promoting learning theories and practices to a wide array of learners, she has worked as a Behavior Specialist dealing with encouraging goal-setting, youth leadership, counseling, career guidance and the development of behavior modification plans for at-risk students.

Moreover, she is a member of the Board of Directors for Life Skills Charter Center Broward and Miami-Dade County; a member of the Behavior Health Advisory Panel at Broward General Hospital; and a member of the American Society for Training and Development. She has an earned Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a Specialization in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Lewis is working on an upcoming book due to be released next Spring.
